Ricardo enjoys the number 10 role as an attacking Midfielder. Balance, ball control, speed, concentration and vision have been his strengths, but his stature has also helped him to be a good sprinter, vital for his key position. Ricardo was selected to join Melbourne Victory Football Club and also Melbourne Heart junior team, playing and training whilst wearing the red/white colours. Adam started playing senior football at 16 years of age with Altona City in the State League, then moved into the former Victorian Youth League and back to State League clubs Chelsea and Croydon City. He has been the NPL Junior goalkeeper coach at Dandenong City for the last four years and is currently a member of the Dandenong City Sub Junior Committee. Adam is undertaking a Goalkeeper Coaching License, focussing on youth development. His favourite motto to the kids he coaches is to believe in yourself.
