Herwan Kamsani
Head Coach and Technical Director
Herwan has played and coached at all levels, professional and amateur. With a Degree in Sports and Exercise Science, plus certifications in coaching and training, strength and conditioning and First Aid, Herwan was Sports Trainer & Strength Conditioning Coach at the Warriors Football Club in Singapore for five years. He was responsible for the performance of 20 players in the senior Warriors’ team, keeping track of each member’s physical goals and developing customised training programs. Under Herwan, the team qualified for the Asian Champions League (ACL) four years in a row. Herwan also has 10 years’ experience in the military as a fitness specialist and has an AFC B License.

Iqi Jawadi
Coach
Iqi says his ‘take charge’ approach changes the tempo of every game he plays. With strengths in speed, agility and ball control, his high energy concentration means he is an expert box to box midfielder, skilled in both attack and defence. As a professional, Iqi has played for Oakleigh Canons, South Melbourne and Dandenong Thunder. He was a 2012 Treble winner at Dandenong and, in 2016, he won the club’s Best and Fairest Award. A three times NPL Champion, Iqi has also played for the Afgan National Team. He has a deep understanding about practical skills development and gets the most out of each and every player. Iqi is certified with a C License to train and coach, and is a qualified personal trainer.

RICARDO GONZALEZ
Coach
Ricardo enjoys the number 10 role as an attacking Midfielder. Balance, ball control, speed, concentration and vision have been his strengths, but his stature has also helped him to be a good sprinter, vital for his key position. Ricardo joined Northcote Football Club under 21 NPL at the age of 15 and within two years had proved himself sufficiently skilled for the Seniors division NPL, where he enjoyed two seasons. Ricardo was selected to join Melbourne Victory Football Club and also Melbourne Heart junior team, playing and training whilst wearing the red/white colours. Earlier on in his career, he went to Argentina to train with River Plate Football Club for two years. He also travelled around Scotland and England as part of MFS playing against Rangers, Manchester City, Fulham, Blackburn, Scotland junior team and others. Ricardo has a C License to train and coach and is a qualified personal trainer but, most importantly, he has the experience and patience to work with children and is dedicated to help them develop their personal skills whilst maintaining strong relationships.

Adam Cevizovic
Goalkeeper Coach
Adam started playing senior football at 16 years of age with Altona City in the State League, then moved into the former Victorian Youth League and back to State League clubs Chelsea and Croydon City. Adam has always had the attitude of giving back to the next generation after recurring injuries stopped his playing career. He has been the NPL Junior goalkeeper coach at Dandenong City for the last four years and is currently a member of the Dandenong City Sub Junior Committee. Adam is undertaking a Goalkeeper Coaching License, focussing on youth development. His favourite motto to the kids he coaches is to believe in yourself.
